天津科技大學(xué)海洋科學(xué)學(xué)士，國(guó)家海洋局第二海洋研究所海洋生物學(xué)碩士，浙江大學(xué)生態(tài)學(xué)博士。致力于海洋細(xì)菌多樣性、分類及系統(tǒng)發(fā)育研究，以第一作者或通訊作者在Environmental Science & Technology、BMC Genomics、Marine Drugs等SCI期刊發(fā)表論文25篇，參編Bergey’s Manual of Systematics of Archaea and Bacteria（中文譯名：《伯杰氏古菌與細(xì)菌系統(tǒng)學(xué)手冊(cè)》）6章節(jié)。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)、科技部國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃子課題1項(xiàng)、浙江省自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)和中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。榮獲海洋科學(xué)技術(shù)二等獎(jiǎng)1次。
